Do you ship worldwide?🛩️

Yes! Shipping prices will be calculated at checkout based on the item(s) you purchase and their corresponding weight. Shipping costs are tried to kept as low as possible by using the least amount of packaging all while keeping your order in perfect condition! RYŪ Beauty is based in the U.S., therefore all pricing displayed is in USD. Please visit the International Orders tab for any further questions relating to countries I do not ship to as well as order info.
Can I see more swatches of (product) before purchasing?

Of course! Both swatches and full makeup looks for all products can be seen on @ryuubeauty on TikTok and Instagram. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, please DM me on Instagram @ryuubeauty or email me at ryuubeauty@gmail.com and I will be happy to help! All of our anime inspired makeup palettes are vegan and cruelty free!
Can you add a palette inspired by (character)?

I am looking to continue adding character-inspired products every so often so be on the look out for that. I am open to suggestions so please feel free to email me or send me a DM on what you'd like to see! For new character products, I will be doing polls on @ryuubeauty's Instagram to ask you all what you would like to see next!
When will my order be shipped and delivered?

All orders will be shipped within 5 days of ordering. Items such as the character lashes and nails may have an additional delay of 2-3 days since they are hand-made by me. If you order the eyeshadow palettes only, your order will be shipped within 5 days! ♦️Orders shipped within the U.S. tend to be delivered within 1-5 days of ship date. Please note that these are estimates given to me when I go to ship your order, possible delays can occur.
What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of these products, I do not accept returns. For sanitary purposes and to avoid any sort of possible infections from one person to another, once you receive your products, they are yours. I do, however, accept cancellations if it is within 5 hours of placing your order. If there are any issues with your order, please email me at ryuubeauty@gmail.com.
What are the eyelashes made of?

Our anime inspired character eyelashes are vegan and cruelty-free just like our eyeshadow palettes! They are made out of synthetic, faux mink hair, and are completely hand-made.
When will my order be shipped and delivered?

If you order the eyeshadow palettes only, your order will be shipped within 5 days! ♦️Orders shipped to Canada and Mexico tend to be delivered within 2-4 weeks of ship date. ♦️Orders shipped anywhere else in the world tend to be delivered within 3-8 weeks of ship date. Please note that these are estimates given to me when I go to ship your order, possible delays can occur.
Why can I no longer track my order?

Once your order leaves the U.S., it is common for the tracking info to no longer be available. Do not worry, this does not mean that your order has been lost. Please allow 2 weeks over your estimated delivery time before contacting me about your order, since delays are common.
Will I be responsible for any customs/import fees?

If there are any fees that arise when delivering your order, yes.
Are there any countries that you do not ship to at the moment?

At the moment, RYŪ Beauty is not shipping to the countries listed below due to U.S. imposed sanctions.
